I once had a dream where the Sanderson sisters broke into my house. It was Halloween night, and instead of trick-or-treating like I usually do (even in my age), I was handing out candy to the other little trick-or-treators. The doorbell rings, and I grab my bowl, assuming it's another small flock of children until the door bursts open and there stand the Sanderson sisters. They all shoved past me and flew into my house, flying around the elivated space on their brooms and mops and vaccums. I panic as Winnifred comes diving down right at me, but suddenly remember that I can fly. So I run out the door with her hot on my tail, and begin levitating high into the air without very good balance. But I'm not flying, I realize I'm actually astral projecting, and watch my body hit the ground as me (as my spirit) keeps flying up. With Winnifred out of my sight, I fly all the way to my best friend's house, who lives relatively close by. I fly into his house and find him standing on his toilet -- yes ON TOP of the toilet, just chilling on the lid, and looking at nowhere in particular. Then I wake up.
The dream about the Sanderson sisters breaking into your house on Halloween night and you escaping through astral projection is a reflection of your feelings of being overwhelmed or threatened in your waking life. The Sanderson sisters may represent external pressures or challenges that you feel are invading your personal space. The act of flying away from them symbolizes your desire to escape or overcome these challenges.
Astral projection in dreams often signifies a desire for freedom or a need to detach from a difficult situation. Your ability to astral project in the dream suggests that you have the strength or determination to rise above the challenges you face and find solace in a safe place, represented by your best friend's house.
Seeing your friend standing on top of a toilet in the dream may indicate that you are seeking stability or support from those closest to you during turbulent times. Overall, this dream may be a reminder for you to confront your fears and trust in your own abilities to navigate through difficult situations with resilience and the help of supportive others.
